Madina Pipe & Sanitary stocks the piping, fittings, sanitary ware and tools that homes, shops and construction sites across Malakand depend on — with someone behind the counter who knows what each job actually needs.
Muhammad Ishaq Khan built Madina Pipe & Sanitary the long way round — starting behind the counter himself, learning the trade order by order, and earning the confidence of the plumbers and contractors who now treat this shop as their first call.
Under his direction the business has grown from a handful of pipe and fitting lines into a full-range supplier carrying PVC, CPVC and PPR systems, sanitary ware, water tanks, motors and installation tools — while keeping the two things he refuses to compromise on: genuine product, and an honest answer about what a job really needs.
He still spends most of his day on the shop floor. If you call about a difficult fitting or a large site order, there's a good chance you'll be speaking to him.
"Anyone can sell a pipe. What brings a customer back is telling him honestly when he doesn't need one."
Madina Pipe & Sanitary opened in Sakhakot Bazar with a narrow range and a simple approach: stock what the local trade genuinely uses, and never send someone away with the wrong part to make a sale. Word travelled the way it does in a bazar — one satisfied plumber at a time.
The range grew with the area. New housing meant PVC drainage and sanitary ware. Rising demand for hot-water systems brought in PPR and CPVC. Water shortages made storage tanks and pressure motors essential rather than optional. Each line was added because customers kept asking for it, not because a distributor pushed it.
Today we serve contractors running multi-storey sites, plumbers working across Dargai and the surrounding valleys, and homeowners who just need one washer that actually fits — and all three get the same attention at the counter.
To keep every job moving — from a dripping tap to a full building's plumbing — with the right part in stock at a price that's the same for everyone.
To be the supplier the trade across Malakand calls first, because they trust both what's on our shelves and what we tell them on the phone.
We buy from authorised distributors only. No relabelled pipe, no thinner-than-stated fittings, no surprises on site.
If a cheaper class of pipe will do the job, we'll say so. If we don't have your part, we'll tell you who does.
The rate doesn't change based on how the customer is dressed. Bulk discounts are earned by quantity, not by haggling.
Depth on the lines that matter, so a site doesn't sit idle waiting for twenty metres of pipe to arrive.
Full size range with elbows, tees, reducers, traps and solvent cement for waste and rainwater lines.
Fusion-weldable PPR and CPVC systems for pressurised hot and cold water, plus the fittings to finish them.
Commodes, wash basins, cisterns, showers and the concealed fittings behind them, for homes and commercial washrooms.
Mixers, bib cocks, angle valves, showers and flexible connectors across budget and premium ranges.
Multi-layer storage tanks in common capacities, with pumps and pressure motors to match the head you need.
Pipe wrenches, cutters, welding machines, teflon tape, sealants and the small items that stall a job when they run out.
Site quantities quoted in writing, held for collection, and topped up mid-project without a second negotiation.
The odd sizes and repair parts that are never in stock elsewhere, ready early enough to reach the first job of the day.
Bring a photo or the broken part. We'll identify it and sell you only what the repair actually requires.
Wholesale rates for shops in surrounding towns, with mixed loads so you aren't forced to buy a full carton of one size.
